    HI Ellena,
Whenever I bake at 180C, my muffins or cupcakes look real nice and domed in the oven, once is is out, the sides shrink a little and the domed gets flatten. How come like that??? Yours stay nice and domed. How do I get my to stay domed for easy decorating?
    I am exhausted from trying?

  2. Hi jacquisbaking,

Thanks for dropping by and your comments. As for your problem on muffin i guess is mb on the oven temperature or the way u mix the cake mixture. As in usually the cake raise and sink might due to the oven temperture is too high and it cause the cake to raise up fast but when cool...it sink. And so far i tried a few recipes b4, certain recipe do result on the sink of the muffin due to heavy mixture. HTH

  3. I've just baked the muffins and they turned out great and yummy! This was the 3rd items I've tried from your recipe and they were all awesome! Thanks for sharing the tips and I am so addicted to try out more of your recipes! ^_^
