MAGGI EXTRA SPICY CURRY NOODLES

[MAGGI Extra Spicy Curry Noodle] Ingredients
(Yield: 1 serving | Preparation: 10 minutes | Cooking: 2 minutes)
Ingredients:
- 1 Packet MAGGI 2-Min Extra Spicy Curry Noodles
- 2 Chicken Drumstick
- 1 Medium Potato, halved
- Some Veggie (bok choy)
- 1 Hard-boiled Egg
Method:
Steps to prepare the curry noodles
1. Bring egg and water to boil for 3.5 minutes (hard-boiled egg with slightly under cooked yolk), remove from heat. Soaked egg in cold water to bring down the temperature, remove the outer shell and set aside.
2. Blanched chicken drumstick in boiling water for 2 minutes; remove, rinse and set aside.
3. Next bring 450ml of water to boil, add in chicken drumstick, potato and MAGGI Curry Powder from the noodle pack. Simmer mixture on low heat for about 10 minutes or until potato soften.
4. Remove chicken and potato to serving bowl. Add in noodle, cook for 1.5 minutes then add in veggies and continue to cook for another 10 seconds or more depend on the type of vegetable used.
5. Transfer noodle to serving bowl, top with egg, fried shallot bits and some extra cut chilli if you prefer.

Remember for a rich and spicy broth don't adjust the water level which might somehow dilute the taste. So if you are a MAGGI Curry Noodles fans who enjoy spicy soup broth I think you should attempt to give this a try. Likewise my mum and aunt also try out this MAGGI Extra Spicy Curry Noodles and they both agreed that the spicy level was still manageable for their liking. Above was my mum's version of curry noodles where she added in some Yong Tau Foo to make a filling meal for her dinner.
