So perhaps you can use the lowest heat and try to shift the pan around in different sides to even out the heat during baking process. Tasted delicious like a lava cake. I baked a lil longer and the crust got a bit burnt but the bottom still moist.... Feels like a moist brownie that can with vanilla ice cream too! My butter did not melt too fast. Shd the egg size be big or small? Thanks for sharing this great recipe. As for the undercook cake perhaps next round you can cook slightly longer like another extra 5 - 7 mins more depending on your stove heat.Cuisine Paradisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03696555684695389328noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12190196.post-3640915302547067632012-03-12T22:33:54.222+08:002012-03-12T22:33:54.222+08:00Ellena, today trying to make the double chocolate ...Ellena, today trying to make the double chocolate banana cake dun understand y my cake center is uncook, when i view your batter picture, y my batter seems to be waterly compare to yr. i follow according to your recepi ?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12190196.post-81366357514604583872012-03-08T16:56:22.173+08:002012-03-08T16:56:22.173+08:00Ellena, do you need me to visit you to eat your de...Ellena, do you need me to visit you to eat your delicious bread?
