Yup u had to used those ripe avocado or else it will be hard and taste bitter. <br><br>I also bought mine from NTUC..now go offer 3 for $3.20 rite.... so is worth getting it. U just choose those that is bright green in colour and no bruise on the skin. U can keep in room temperature for about 2 - 3 days then the skin will turn dark green in colour. U hold it in your palm and it should feel abit soft to touch then it's ripe to be eaten... When ripen, u can keep in the fridge for up to 1 wk.
