Jelly Mooncakes using agar agar powder (
or you can replace it with konnyaku jelly powder) which makes into refreshing jelly dessert that resemble mooncake in a lighter version. Although making these jelly mooncake might seems a little time consuming due to the different layers of colour but when you get the hang of it, the steps are actually quite straightforward to follow too.
