
Ingredients: (serves 2-3)
1 Medium Papaya, 木瓜
12 Red Dates, 红枣
6 Dried Figs, 无花果
150g Peanuts, 煮汤花生
10g Dried Lily Bulbs ,干百合
1 Piece Dried Tangerine Peel, 陈皮
1.5 Litre Water
Methods:
1. Wash and cut the papaya into wedges.
2. Wash and stone red dates then slice dried figs.
3. Soak dried tangerine peel till soft, then scrape off the pith.
4. Put all ingredients and water in a pot and bring to boil then transfer to a slow-cooker and stew for about 2-3 hours.
