  1. Hi lena, i'm a SAHM to 2 boys, 6 & 4, and also an avid cook. my boys love pizza and its a regular item in our menu. Way cheaper than ordering in too. Tip : dont use oil AT ALL in your dough, dont oil yr pan, sprinkle flour or cornmeal (crunch!) instead. you'll get a chewier texture, see if you'll like it. if you use SAF instant yeast (blue pack abt $6, gim hin stores)which comes in a 500gm pack, use 1.5tsp=7gm, keep in the freezer will last u up to 3 yrs, or share with your pizza baking friends. just take out fr freezer small amounts (at least 24 hrs before use for the yeast to "wake up")and keep it in an airtight container for daily use. its a lot cheaper than buying small prepacks. another tip, dont wait for your dough to rise, ie use it right after you mix all in, will give u a diff texture too. i always do that cos my boys dont want to wait! i bake breads too. i hope u will email me, we can share lots of tips. cheers!

  5. Hi Evelyn,

Em... i am not sure how come yr pizza turn out to be biscuit type. What kind of flour did you used? I am not sure whether Oven Toaster can use to make pizza as the temperature is much more higher and it might tend to make the dough tough... Mb u can let me know more about it... :)
