Tried the banana and chocolate loaf recipe. It turned out a little wet but my daughter loves the taste of it. I will be trying it again. Any advise how to correct it?
Hi Ellana, I tried this recipe already, I follow you by using self-raising flour. It's delicious! Love it !Thanks for sharing :) I posted it here http://shmily1314apple.blogspot.com/2013/05/blog-post_2.html
Hi ellena, I tried to bake the banana loaf but it doesn't turn out as per what I expected. Quite wet though even I baked another 10 mins longer. Would that due to banana as I was using a very large banana?

Hi there, Emmmm wet might be due to the banana or oven temperature. Maybe you can bake a little longer next round? Do let me know what it turn out :)
DeleteHi Ellena, this cake looks delicious! Thinking to try out. Can I substitute the self-raising flour to low protein flour ?
ReplyDeleteThanks :)
Hi Apple, Emmm you can but you might have to add a teaspoon to 1.5 teaspoon of baking powder to get a airy bread texture :)
