Steam Asparagus With Fish Paste
This is another healthy dish which used Asparagus and fish paste as the main ingredients. Besides that I also add in a few vegetables to mix with fish paste for nutrition value. Asparagus is a good supply of minerals - calcium, iron, carotene, phosphorus, potassium and sulphur - and vitamins. Green asparagus contains twice as much Vitamin C as the white variety and a high percentage of Vitamin A. So remember do not over cooked it.

Tandoori Chicken & Raisin Rice
This famous barbecue chicken is a well-known traditional dish from Northern India prepared in an underground jar-shaped clay oven that believed to have originated in Persia. The oven can be heated to very high temperatures and therefore sears the chicken and seals in the juice.
In modern days, delicious result can be obtained in a conventional oven or grill pan too. And the trick to get tender chicken is to use yogurt as one of the marinade to keep the chicken from drying out. Although the recipe is easy to follow but it was quite difficult to find "Tandoori spices" in Singapore.

Snowskin Mooncake
Managed to make these assorted mini Snowskin Mooncakes today with my mum. Snowskin version is rather easy when compared to those traditional bake mooncake where you need to prepare the dough, wrapped it with filling in the mooncake mould and bake in the oven.
Likewise for snowskin version you can do a short-cut by using premixed snowskin flour mixture with shortening and liquid such as juice, red wine, and etc.
