Top as in the bottom when you flip over? or the base? May I know the temperature and timing that u bake? Any photo that you can email and show me so that I will have a better idea of your bake?
Yes the top whichi si the bottom when i flip over. The temperature i use is 180 degrees. the skin of the cake becomes damp and sticky after cooled. but the rest of the cake texture was fine. I wonder would it be the water vapour when i cool it?
