EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE
[Corelle Snapware] Easy Chocolate Cake |
Recipe adapted from Corelle Snapware
(Yield: 4-6 | Preparation: 10 minutes | Cooking: 20 minutes)
Ingredients:
- 70g Dark Chocolate Couverture
- 12g Plain Flour
- 15g Corn Flour
- 25g Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs (55g each)
- 60g Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (Degree Celsius), grease a small (12cm x 12cm) Corelle Snapware dish and set aside.
2. Melt dark chocolate with butter and milk over a double boiler till smooth and glossy.
3. Remove chocolate mixture away from heat, fold in flour mixtures (sieved plain flour and corn flour) and sugar until well combined.
4. Add in one egg at a time and mix well then pour batter into the greased Corelle Snapware dish.
5. Top with some extra dark chocolate chip and pecan nuts. Bake in preheated oven for 10 - 12 minutes till the surface is firm to touch and slightly crumbs in the middle of the cake when a skewer inserted in the center.
6. Remove from oven, dust with icing sugar and serve with your desire ice-cream and fresh berries.
