APPETIZER

HAM AND ASPARAGUS CHEESE ROLLS
(using Perfect Italiano Mozzarella and Parmesan Grated Cheese)

[Appetizer] Ham and Asparagus Cheese Rolls
For appetizer let’s start with this super easy Ham and Asparagus Cheese Rolls which I used the 100% wholemeal sandwich bread to roll up the apple baked ham, asparagus, carrot and shredded cheese. The sweet and crunch of the veggie blends well with the cheesy Mozzarella as well as the bold flavour of Parmesan.

MAIN COURSE

TURKEY ROULADE WITH STUFFED MUSHROOM,
CRANBERRY AND SPINACH

(using Perfect Italiano Mozzarella and Parmesan Grated Cheese)

[Main] Chicken Roulade with stuffed mushroom, cranberry and spinach
Since its festive feast for Christmas, how about making some Turkey Roulade which stuffed with mushroom, cranberry and spinach sounds to you? Although they might be quite a few methods on preparing this dish when you do a Google search but somehow the ingredients are more or less similar with nuts, spinach, cheese and etc too.

For a quick fix you can process and cook the ingredients before using it together with shredded cheese for extra flavour plus the oozing cheese will also help to keep/lock the meat moist and juicy during baking. Here we are using chicken breast which can be easily obtain from local supermarkets but if you are into festive mood do try out the original recipe by using Turkey breast meat (available from thebutcher.com.sg) instead.
- Just take note of the baking time which would be slightly longer if using Turkey Breast Meat.

DESSERT

PARMESAN APPLE CRUMBLE
(using Perfect Italiano Parmesan Grated Cheese)

[Dessert] Parmesan Apple Crumble
A festive meal won’t be completed without ending it with some sweet dessert such as sticky date pudding, logcake or something like this the sweet and savoury Parmesan Apple Crumble. As we know apple crumble is a dessert consisting of baked apples topped with a crisp buttery crust that usual serve warm with a decent scoop of vanilla ice-cream. But trust me this savoury version by adding grated Parmesan into the apple crumble isn't as weird as it might sound. Likewise it actually tastes great with the new combination especially eaten together with the cold and creamy vanilla ice-cream.
