We love the sauce underneath which was flavourful and pack with hint of sweet, spicy & buttery taste. Oh ya make sure you remember to toss the mixture with the sauce before serving to enhance the flavour.
CAJUN SEAFOOD PARCEL
will try mud crab or crayfish next round) for its natural sweetness, prawns and fish fillet together with pumpkin, sweetcorn and broccoli for a complete variety of meal and vegetables.

2 medium flower crabs, halved
10 big prawns
200g grouper fillets, cut into 1.5" chunks
1 pearl sweetcorn, cut into 2" thick slices
150g pumpkin, cut into cubes
50g unsalted butter, cubes
1/2 lemon, cut into chunks
100g blanch broccoli florets, optional
1 tablespoon Cajun spices
1 teaspoon paprika (or 1/2 teaspoon)
dash of dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
pinch of sea salt flakes
1. Trim and clean flower crabs (remove the shell, trim the legs and cut the body into half) then marinate it together with prawn and fish using the above seasoning ingredients for at least 15 minutes to an hour in the fridge.
2. Toss sweetcorn and pumpkin with drizzle of olive oil and ground pepper, set aside.
