3D Latte Art From Chock Full Of Beans

Chock Full Of Beans @ 4, Changi Village Road
If you happen to visit the popular hawker center at Changi Village you might have seen this cafe that is located at a corner at one end of block 4 which is next to the open area car park. Chock Full Of Beans has a pretty nice interior with wooden furniture and brick tiles on the wall. Despite of the small in-door sitting area they also have alfresco area to cater for their evening or weekend crowds too.

Chock Full Of Beans
Frankly speaking I was attracted to this cafe because of their cute 3D Latte Art which I saw from friend's instagram posts. So one of the weekend night while we were in the east area, I decided to ask bestie who stays around that area to explore the cafe together. Upon arrived we were also quiet lucky to get our seats in less than 10 minutes before the evening crowds came.

Since we already had our dinner and our aim was just to chill out; we went straight to their beverage menu. And before placing our orders we even check with the waitress which are the drinks that comes with 3D designs (she must be gigging behind us for asking so many questions) and she mentioned all cold beverages; so in the end we happily ordered 4 different types of cold drinks. But when the drinks arrived, only 2 out of the 4 ordered came with 3D cartoon foams (feel a bit cheated lol); if we knew earlier we should had ordered 2 hot and 2 cold drinks so that we get to see their cute 2D latte art too!

[Chock Full Of Beans] Iced Rose Latte
My choice for that night was Iced Rose Latte (SG$7.90) which we all agreed it was the best out of the 4 beverages that we ordered. The sweetness of the rose syrup blends well with the coffee which did not seems to overpower each other. Beside the smooth taste it also leaves your palate with a refreshing rose scent too.

[Chock Full Of Bean] Iced Hazelnut Latte
Iced Hazelnut Latte (SG$6.50) came with a cute 3D latte art that made us excited about it but other than the cute foam, their coffee was rather bland and can't really taste much of the hazelnut flavour in it.

Bestie's Iced Mocha (SG$6.50) also came cute kitty but this one is more of a "female" version with a little blue ribbon and pink dots.

For tea lovers Chock Full Of Beans do offers a few choices of tea from hot to cold and this is one of the choice; Matcha Azuki (SG$7.50).

Overall Chock Full Of Beans offers a range of beverages including cute 2D and 3D latte art and beside drinks they also serve spaghetti, pizza and etc plus brunch on weekend. But if you just want something light to go with your drinks perhaps some sweet pastry like waffle and cakes would be a great choice. Although their cold drink might not be up to our expectation but we would consider to revisit again so as to try their hot beverage (with 2D latte art) as well as their cakes and pizza which are popular amount patrons too.
