[Wordless Wednesday] Double Chocolate Chunk Brownie

Double Chocolate Chunk Brownie with moist and rich texture!



DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHUNK BROWNIE




Ingredients for Double Chocolate Chunk Brownies

(Yield: 9 slices (20 x 20cm tin); | Preparation: 10 minutes | Baking: 25 minutes)

Ingredients:
100g Bake King All-Purpose Plain Flour
20g Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
125g Unsalted Butter
200g Brown Sugar
100g 70% Dark Chocolate
100g Dark Chocolate Chips
50g Dried Cranberry
2 Large Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extra
Some Pecan Nuts

双巧克力布朗尼

材料:
100克面粉
20克无糖可可粉
125克无盐牛油
200克红糖 (Brown Sugar)
100克70%黑巧克力
100克黑巧克力片
50克蔓越莓干 (Dried Cranberry)
2个大鸡蛋
1茶匙香草精 (Vanilla Extract)
一些山核桃 (Pecan Nuts)

做法:
1. 烤箱预热至180摄氏度。将烘盘涂抹油然后扑上烘培纸。

2.  把100克的黑巧克力倒进一个耐热的碗 (请看上面熔化巧克力的图片),放在小锅上隔水用小火慢慢搅拌到熔化。放一旁冷却备用。

3. 接着用另一个碗中把牛油拌匀;加入糖,香草精然后继续用搅拌器打到乳白色。

4. 将鸡蛋分次加入并打到充分混合就可拌入过筛的面粉和可可粉直到搅拌均匀。

5. 倒入融化的巧克力,巧克力片和蔓越莓干混合搅拌几次。最后将面糊倒入预备好的烘盘,在上面放些山核桃就可送入预热的烤箱烤大约25分中

6. 烤好后,整个布朗尼连同模一起放在冷却架上等完全冷却才脱模。 在切块前撒些海盐片 (sea salt flakes)可以提升巧克力布朗尼的口感和味道。
