Steam Seabream With Mushroom

I had being searching around to see how does a Sea Bream look like because I had never bought a sea bream before. From a book it says that Sea bream contains much protein and it cures asthenia, benefits digestive system and skin. Also by eating this steam sea bream with mushroom regular it helps to make your skin glow with natural sheen. Whether this is true or not, steamed meal is usually better than those fried dish so you might want to give it a try.


Ingredients:
I Medium Sea Bream
1 Pack of Shemiji Mushrooms
3 Slices Of Ginger, shredded
1 Stalk Spring Onion, cut into 5cm long
Drizzle Of Sesame Oil

Seasonings:
1 Tablespoon Of Fermented Soy Bean
2 Tablespoon Water/Rice Wine

1 Teaspoon Cornflour
1/2 Teaspoon Dark Soya Sauce
Dash Of Pepper

Methods:
1. Cut the ends of the mushroom's stems. Rinse and drain.
2. Rinse the fish, pat dry with kitchen paper towel and arrange on plate.
3. Combine all seasonings, mixed well and pour over the fish.
4. Put shredded ginger, some spring onion and mushrooms on top then drizzle some sesame oil.
5. Steamed over high heat for 8 minutes (depend on the size of the fish).
6. Garnish with remaining spring onion and serve hot.
