Like many other countries in the world, Singapore also implements a number of moment restrictions and security measures such wearing mask whenever you leave the house for groceries or food. No eating or drinking in public places but you can purchase or order from food delivery services to get it delivered to your doorsteps.

Today’s breakfast is a “copycat” of McDonald’s Breakfast Wrap upon my boy’s request since he can’t get the actual one from their outlets until future notice.

Made this Rose Milk Tea Chiffon Cake using the famous Thai Chatramue Tea which comes in rose flavour. I infused some warm milk with a few tea bags and use the liquid as one of the ingredients for the cake. To enhance the taste I also added condensed milk a teaspoon of the tea leaves in the batter.

Oatmeal Coconut Pancake - 燕麦椰奶煎饼

A hearty breakfast makes it a perfect day to starts with and Pancake is definitely a classic breakfast option. Here we made Oatmeal Coconut Pancake using oatmeal flour and the new Ayam Brand Super Light Coconut Milk which contains only "5% Fat". On side I also prepared some berries fruit sauce with the leftover coconut milk and sweeten it honey to serve with the pancakes.
